...nothing pertaining to our life in this world is unimportant in the sight of God. He is interested in everything that concerns us in life. People praying occasionally are like people that gorge themselves with food and drink on special occasions and starve themselves between the feasts. We do not live from feast to famine when we enter into a partnership with Christ in prayer. We are not disturbed by doubts and defeats when we make everything a matter of earnest prayer. We enjoy an unbroken fellowship with Christ when we make our requests known to Him in our daily prayers. He communicates to us the necessary strength need to cope with the temptations and trials that come to us in this life in the dark world when everything relating to life is made known to Him in prayer. When the inspired Apostle Paul said,”...Let your requests be made known unto God,” he was obviously highlighting the importance of revealing to the Lord everything required to sustain us in this life. We find it necessary to reveal both our spiritual and our earthly needs to Him in prayer.
The short chapters on prayer that are in this little book have been written for the purpose of stimulating a greater interest in the importance of praying without ceasing.
I am certain that the people of God have not yet discovered the boundless possibilities of prayer.
We obviously believe that “the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much”, but we are often aware of the fact that very little has been accomplished by our own prayers.
So, with that though in mind, I find that it is not possible to present a complete study of this subject of prayer that is shown in the Holy Scriptures. For me to undertake such a task would be like an attempt to measure eternity by a span. It is my sincere desire to encourage you, God’s people, to pray without ceasing. When once we understand the fundamental principles of prayer, then we will not find it difficult to accomplish some amazing results through the effectual and fervent prayer of intercession.
“Ye shall ask what ye will, and it will be done unto you”:

Most of us know that we OUGHT to pray, but most of us seem uncertain as to HOW, WHEN, and WHERE we are to pray.
